Tense psychological thriller. Successful couple Kate (Clemence Poesy) and Justin (Stephen Campbell Moore) are expecting their first baby and live in the top flat of a London house. They initially strike up a friendship with Jon (David Morrissey) and Theresa (Laura Birn), the couple who move into the flat below and are also expecting a baby. Everything changes one night at a dinner party however, when Kate begins to sense that all is not as it seems with the couple below. When a tragic accident throws the couples into a nightmare, a reign of psychological terror begins.
