Richard Vineyard (Stephen Moyer) plans a family vacation to the reclusive campsite Pine Barrens. Struck down by a sudden illness, Richard and his family become stranded and the local legend of the 'Jersey Devil' that stalks the darkened woods starts to haunt their thoughts.
