On Christmas Eve, Marie and Fritz are given an early present from their godfather, a Nutcracker. Through the eyes of this seemingly ordinary toy, the children are taken on a miraculous festive adventure into the Kingdom of Dolls, where they must help protect the land against the terrible Mouse King!
